No Returns Policy for Retro Navy Outfitters
I take pride in delivering high-quality, custom-made print-on-demand apparel that celebrates Australia's naval heritage. Due to the personalised nature of our products, we have a strict no returns policy. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.

 

Custom-Made Products

  • All items are custom-printed specifically for you upon order.
  • We do not keep an inventory of pre-made products.
  • Each piece is created individually, making it unique to you.

 

No Returns or Exchanges

  • Returns or exchanges for change of mind are not accepted.
  • Size exchanges are not possible so please choose your size carefully. Please email or message me for size advice, or check the size chart.
  • Refunds are not provided for incorrect size selection.

 

Sizing and Product Information

  • Detailed size charts are provided for each product.
  • It is strongly recommended measuring yourself and comparing with the size charts before ordering.

Quality Assurance
Retro Navy Outfitters is committed to quality:

  • All products undergo thorough inspection before shipping.
  • In the rare event of a manufacturing defect or printing error:
    • Contact Kate within 48 hours of receiving your order.
    • Provide clear photos of the defect.
    • I will assess the issue and, if verified, offer a replacement at my discretion.
    • It is important to note - the wrong size does not qualify as a manufacturing error.

 

Cancellations

  • Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been placed.
  • Production begins immediately after your order is confirmed.

 

Customer Responsibility

  • Double-check all details (size, design, colour) before completing your purchase.
  • Ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
