HMAS Rankin SSG73 Men's Jumper (style Alpha)

HMAS Rankin is the sixth and final Collins-class submarine, commissioned in 2003 and named after Lieutenant Commander Robert William Rankin, an RAN hero of World War II. Built in Osborne, South Australia, Rankin features sophisticated combat systems, upgraded sonar, and modern stealth technology. She has participated in a broad range of exercises and deployments across Australia’s strategic maritime interests, including joint operations with allied navies. Based at HMAS Stirling, Rankin exemplifies the endurance, sensor suite, and firepower of the fleet, routinely performing surveillance, intelligence, and deterrence duties. Her service highlights the critical role played by the Collins-class in supporting Australia’s maritime security.
